Sarina popped her conductor hat on backwards tonight and proclaimed "See-na choo choo hat on backwards!"She thought that it was hilarious (and so did I...)

Sarina's Birthday & Birthday Party (much delayed!)

Apologies for how late this is but better late than never! Sarina turned the big "2" on Christmas Eve 2010. On her actual birthday we took her to do one of her favourite things - play at the beach. Yes, only in California can you have a Christmas Eve Birthday and enjoy the beach! We also sang happy birthday and blew out candles multiple times ("More? More?" every time the song ended) ... We celebrated her birthday with friends a week later and were so lucky to have Sarina's Dadi and Dadu, Booa, Didi and Bhaiya all in town from the East Coast to celebrate with her. (Sumeet's parents, sister and her kids!) She was a little overwhelmed by the crowd but enjoyed the party overall!

Daddy and Sarina headed off to the beach this morning to enjoy the beautiful 70 degree day. She of course demanded convertible "top down" on the way over...
